She is keen to bring even more events into the company \u2013 from small, discreet events with a strong focus on personalisation to highly demanding, complex and multi-day events.<\/p>\n<p>Nika is a trained organiser who is dedicated to her work. She gained her knowledge organising tours and transport in a travel agency, where she became very familiar with Go Green&#8217;s services and its philosophy of business excellence. She complemented her experience in practice, working as a tour guide, and further developed her knowledge in the following years as an organiser of business and private events in a hotel.<\/p>\n<p>She finds working with people immensely satisfying and fulfilling. She puts achieving maximum client satisfaction at the top of her business goals, firmly believes in a personal approach and is always keen to tackle any challenge.<\/p>\n<p>In her opinion, the goals of good and successful events that will remain engrained in the particpipats&#8217; minds for a long time coming can only be achieved with a positive approach and careful attention to detail \u2013 these are the key to every successful event.
